      The story about the ISP officer shooting 2 people from the Nez Perce tribe, hit us at 10-e.net close, do to the fact that the highway patrolman is a well known friend of us for over the last 12 years. from KOZE:    The Idaho State Police held a press conference Friday releasing more details into the deadly shooting earlier this month in a rural area near Culdesac involving ISP Trooper Jeffrey Talbott and two Nez Perce Tribal members. ISP Region 2 Captain Lonnie Richardson says the incident began as a simple traffic stop after a citizen’s complaint of a reckless driver. (Listen to audio here)
