            David J. Tate was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor, Anaplastic Astrocytoma Grade 3, in October of 2009. David is just 34yrs of age with a wife, Camie & five children. Dave’s family & friends are seeking help to meet current needs & treatment for Dave that is not covered by medical insurance.
